1. Using Bengali360

Bengali360 is a community platform (free to use, with an optional paid Pro membership) operated by the Bengali360 team. By using it you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bengali360 and at least 18 to create a community/marriage profile.

2. Your posts

You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to post it. Posts must be truthful and lawful. You keep ownership of your content and allow us to display it on Bengali360.

3. Not allowed

  • Scams, fake jobs, fake rentals, pyramid schemes or requests for upfront payments for jobs.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or sharing someone's private information.
  • Illegal goods or services, discriminatory housing or job ads, or anything that breaks U.S. law.
  • Spam, misleading offers or rates, or impersonating another person or business.

4. Deals between users

Bengali360 connects people; we are not a party to any job, rental, sale, service or money transfer between users or businesses. Meet in safe places, never send money to someone you haven't verified, and compare money-transfer rates directly with the provider before sending money. Offers and rates are posted by businesses and may change.

5. Information on the site

Guides, immigration information, test practice, news and emergency numbers are for general information only and may be out of date. They are not legal, immigration, medical or financial advice. In an emergency, call 911.

6. Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or that we believe put others at risk. Please use the report button on any post that looks wrong.

7. Bengali360 Pro (paid membership)

  • Pro is a monthly subscription (price shown on the Pro page before you pay). It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
  • You can cancel anytime from the Pro page ("Card / cancel / receipts"). Pro stays active until the end of the month you already paid for; there is no charge after that.
  • Refunds: if you were charged by mistake or could not use Pro, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it. Partial months are otherwise not refunded.
  • Pro gives access to member-only Haat sections (investor club, business partners, wholesale, real estate, marriage) and private details. It does not mean we have checked or guarantee any member, idea, investment or deal — always verify people and use written agreements.
  • We may remove Pro without refund from anyone who breaks these terms (for example scams, fake profiles, or sharing other members' private ideas).

8. Virtual melas hosted by others

  • Any person or organization may host a virtual mela on Bengali360. Bengali360 provides the technology only; it does not organize, run or endorse hosted melas.
  • The host is responsible for their mela: its stalls, what is sold, stall fees, prizes, giveaways, rules and following the law. Payments between sellers, buyers and the host are made directly between them; Bengali360 does not collect, hold or refund that money.
  • Lotteries, paid raffles and any game where people pay or buy for a chance to win are not allowed. Free giveaways and contests of skill must say "no purchase necessary" and follow the law.
  • Bengali360 Live passes are prepaid streaming time for one mela: broadcast hours plus viewer-hours (people watching × time). The stream stops automatically when the pass is used up, so you are never billed more than you paid. Unused time stays on that mela; a pass that was not used at all can be refunded within 7 days.
  • The optional "Promote on Bengali360" fee only lists a mela on our pages until it ends. It is refundable within 7 days if we can't list it. We may unlist or remove any mela or stall that breaks these terms.

9. No warranty

Bengali360 is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from posts, deals between users, or the site being unavailable.
